#Snappchat with Mat Snapp, Italian Limeade

Mat Snapp, our witty Beverage Director, shows us how to make Zinburger’s Italian Limeade.

Recipe:
Mint
.5 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
.5 oz Amaro Montenegro
1.5 oz Pineapple-infused Rum

Set aside a mint sprig for garnish. Add remainder mint, lime juice and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle ingredients together. Add Amaro Montenegro, pineapple rum and ice to glass and shake vigorously. Strain ingredients over new ice into a tall glass and top with a splash of soda water, garnish with mint and enjoy!
